Wherever you are in the country...cold is setting in!  Your skin, your skin! Love the skin you're in by applying a moisturizer everyday!  Don't forget those eye and night creams.

HINT:  Before you go to sleep, be sure NOT to apply TOO MUCH night cream!  While sleeping, you can actually crease your skin, and with too much cream, the crease tends to stay there!

Pamper yourself!  Start the season with a facial (you know I love the micro dermabrasion).  While I still love going to the spa for this, you can do them at home, and I've posted some items from Amazon.com that are affordable!  

Today I'm going for my "cut and color" at my favorite salon, "Got Beauty" in Sugarhouse!
